Stir-fried snap beans with shrimps and walnuts, a 10-minute dish

Marinade 1/2 pound of shrimp with 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp of fine chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp of cooking wine. Stir fried the shrimps and shallots in hot vegetable oil. when the shrimps are just turning pink, add 1 cup of green snap beans and few slices of oyster mushrooms into the hot wok . Mix them quickly on high heat. Favor the dish to your taste with low salt chicken broth, light soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce.
