Fried kingfish with mango salad


Fry a slice of king fish, about 1 inch thick, in vegetable oil over medium heat. Use some chopped shallots and garlic to flavor oil. Turn the fish to the other side when it turned golden brown. Prepare the mango salad by use one unripe mango. Peel the skin and cut it into thin batons. Add unsweetened coconut flakes and red pepper flakes to the mango to harmonize the flavors. When eat fish with steam rice, dip it in a combination of fish sauce, lemon and Thai hot peppers . This dish can be made in 15 minutes or less.
